We were apprehensive at 1st as we hadn’t used or even head of you before, but communication from yourselves was 1st class.   You arrived for pick to Birmingham Airport, a few minutes late…. But your driver phoned ahead to advise of his arrival time and we were delivered to the Airport on time and at the given speed limits (always a good point with me).  On arrival back to the UK your driver had already text us when we landed, to say “call this number once you have your baggage, the then proceeded to the pick up car park to collect us.  When we got to the car park he was waiting for us.  Highly recommended your services to anyone.  Keep up the good work!  Andy – 9th November 2017

Thank you for the car last monthm and thank you for seeking feedback.  Generally i was very happy with the overall service.  The booking was easy, payment was simple and safe, and the level of information that i was given was good. On arrival the driver was not there and we had to wait 15 minutes, this was a shame but not a big problem.  Being honest the driver was a little negative the whole journey and basically just complained about the traffic the whole way.  We knew the traffic was bad and said at the beginning that it did not matter and we would arrive when we could.  We didnt really need a constant update to the bad traffic.  We got the destination fine, and the driver helped with the bags which was kind.  All in all, a positive experience, with just one downside.  Chris Tagg – 3rd September 2017

We would like to thank Express Cars for an relaxing experience during our airport transfer.  The car provided was clean and large enough for our needs.  The pick up to go to the airport was prompt at 05:00am, as arranged, which avoided any worrying.  The return journey, pick up from the airport, we were delayed by problems at the airport, but the driver was in contact by phone to make sure we were picked up as soon as possible even though delays meant there was considerate congestion on the roads in the area. Thanks for an excellent service.

5 – Driver was able to give advice on the return time to the airport, bearing in mind the normal routine of the airport – which allowed for no rushing through Airport, but not extra time in airport for sitting around.

On a rather tiresome flight back from Egypt to Birmingham Airport we were hoping the Chauffeur Service from Express Cars lived up to our hopes and expectations.  No worries the service was Professional, efficient and the car was clean as our own.  The Executive Service may be more expensive that a standard Taxi (But less then a black Cab) but one we hope to be using for many overseas trips in the future.

From the initial request on the internet Express Cars supported me throughout the process as there is often a problem paying with Italian bank cards on paypal, however a quick email from Ammar and this was sorted out and the booking confirmed in a matter of minutes.  My plane arrived at the airport early but my car was ahead of the game and waiting for me, the text to say ‘Hi i’m your driver’ was a nice touch.  Arnie my driver was a consummate professional and his customer service was of an extremely high standard.  The car was pristine and the service of collection was the best I’ve come across.  I wouldn’t hesitate to to recommend Express Cars, i’ll be using them every time I come to the UK from now on.
